Summary:
The Executive Assistant will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing several administrative duties.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects.
Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information.
Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries for all members of the organization.
Performs desktop publishing.
Creates and develops visual presentations for the CEO.
Acts as liaison between CEO and SCPCC Board of Directors.
Coordinates SCPCC board meetings and related board activities.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents including but not limited to Board Meeting minutes and organizational policies.
Sorts and distributes organizational mail.
Opens mail for the Executive team.
Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
Responds to regularly occurring requests for information.
Prepare daily mail deposits.
Answers phones for CEO and Administration.
Takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.
Works in cooperation with other system development assistants to cover phones.
Acts as liaison with other departments and outside agencies.
Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.
Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business pans, etc.
Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes.
Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5
years of experience in an administrative role Advanced MS Office suite skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
